Pra um hotel spa falta muito...

Eu esperava mais, por ser um "hotel spa" e pelo valor da diária... Tem serviço de massagem (terceirizado) com agendamento prévio e pagamento a parte. A sauna estava desativada. A piscina não estava aquecida e como fui no inverno estava friozinho, quando fomos usar a piscina uma funcionária falou que ia pedir pra ligarem o aquecimento, que haviam esquecido... E que a sauna estava desativada... A pia do banheiro acumulava água e demorava a escoar quando usávamos. A torneira de água quente funcionou perfeitamente bem como o chuveiro. O colchão, roupas de cama e banho confortáveis. Sabonetes, shampoo e condicionador da marca O Boticário. O ar condicionado funcionou bem. O hotel tem um aplicativo que facilita a comunicação interna e responde rápido no WhatsApp. O café da manhã pode ser servido no quarto ou restaurante e no horário solicitado, como o hóspede escolher no aplicativo. A comida é de primeira qualidade, tudo bem feito, fresquinho e delicioso. Em uma das noites jantamos pizza de lombo canadense com catupiry e estava divina. O staff é bem treinado e super simpático.

Descanso e bem-estar

O local é um jardim muito diverso com acomodações bem confortáveis e diferenciadas. O atendimento desde a recepção aos demais serviços muito cuidadoso e cordial, muito além da expectativa. Alimentação preparada com capricho e de qualidade. Um lugar para descansar, fazer nada... As instalações são antigas, mas bem conservadas e limpas. O wi-fi funciona perfeitamente nas "casinhas" que possuem quarto, banheiro, closet e varanda. Alguns insetos circundam, inclusive mosquitos (repelentes são bem vindos, mas não imprescindíveis), situação natural de um ambiente tão arborizado. Pode-se acordar com o canto dos pássaros. A localização é dentro de Gravatá, portanto, de fácil acesso, caso esteja de carro.

Corpo de colaboradores extremamente disponiveis, Pedro gentileza em pessoa. A internet nao estava boa no quarto e nao foi resolvida, sugeriram trocar de quarto, mas o nosso era maior e bem localizado, optamos nao trocar. Sentimosfalta de coletores de lixo na propriedade. O hotel é sinônimo de tranquilidade. Cafe da manhã bom. Segunda cez no hotel, com certeza voltaremos.

UMA BOA OPÇÃO PARA DESCANSO.

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito. Como oportunidades de melhoria, destacamos o café da manhã que nos pareceu básico e simples, sem nada que tivesse um preparo ou sabor diferenciado. Destoou do restante da hospedagem. O cardápio do almoço também era bem básico e, ao nosso ver, em uma quantidade inadequada para um almoço. As chamadas panelinhas ficariam bem para um lanche da tarde. Ainda, a piscina não estava aquecida como informado e a sauna não estava funcionando.

Hospedagem incrível. Quarto espaçoso, silencioso, limpo, agradável. Banheiro espaçoso, com excelente ducha. Poderiam investir um pouco mais nos amenites. Café da manhã muito diversificado, e saboroso. Como sugestão, que em quartos de 2 ou mais pessoas possa cada um escolher seu café da manhã. Evita o desperdício. Também acho que a escolha pode ser feita com mais antecedência, porque 40 minutos não é suficiente para preparar um café da manhã da qualidade oferecida pelo hotel.

O hotel é como diz o nome, um oasis, muito verde, muita paz, muita energia boa. Os quartos confortáveis, roupa de cama impecavel. O café da manhã é divino muitas opções e saborosissimo. Os funcionarios extremamente solicitos e educados. Amei e voltarei.
