Nestled between countryside, town (3 minutes from Coutances), and the sea (10 minutes from the Agon-Coutainville resort), Domaine de la Dauvinerie awaits you at the end of a tree-lined drive. This former stone farmhouse sits in a 4-hectare park, where deer, herons, wild ducks, and moorhens roam around the pond. Now a charming holiday home, it retains its rustic stone character while offering modern comforts.



A peaceful haven combining natural beauty and serenity, the estate offers you a warm, family-friendly welcome in a setting with soft, generous colors—perfect for all types of events or a relaxing getaway.



Located in Gratot, the “Essentiel” cottage features a living area with a lounge and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a WC. Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The cottage accommodates 4 guests, with an extra sofa bed increasing capacity to 6. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are included.
