"It was very beautiful very clean, but one of the amenities I put in that I was looking for in a hotel was a hot tub so that is part of why I picked their and their hot tub was down when I got there. That was kind of disappointing."

"This review platform is just as bad as the stay. Half way through giving feedback and the forest changes. The couch in the room was very dirty. The bedding for the pull out couch did not contain a fitted sheet. The remote for the TV didn’t work, only half the buttons were responsive so we couldn’t use it. The power outlets on the nightstand and by the TV were broken. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was supposed to go until 10am but no items were refilled after 9am. No attendants were present to request more. "

"What more could we ask for? Clean, comfortable, safe, good breakfast. The in room coffee was meh, and we didn’t use the pool to be able to mention it. Two comfortable king beds, as well as a sleep sofa was better than found elsewhere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 100% recommending. "

"The hotel is fine. No real complaints. I am disappointed in the lack of outlets near the bed. My wife had the side of the bed where they had two additional outlets. My side, none. There is an extra one behind the headboard but the headboard is attached to the wall so I couldn't use it. With a CPap machine I had to extend my power cord across the room and hope she didn't trip on it in the middle of the night. People bring phones, tablets, white noise machines and other electrical devices. It wouldn't hurt to have another power source near the bed available. "

"We really only stayed for one night and didn't spend alot of time at the hotel but the room was clean and very nice. The only problem was we barely got any sleep bc there was a noise in the bathroom that sounded like someone was hitting a metal object every min or 2...... It was pretty obnoxious. I doubt this happens in every room but it was extremely hard to sleep bc of it"

"Horrible lighting in bathroom and no mirror in the room itself. They need to replace doors as you here every sound coming through under the hall doors."
