"Well the A/C was broken in both of the rooms we were put in. They were quick to allow us to switch rooms but by the time we packed everything up and moved rooms just to realize the second room was having the same issue it just wasnt worth going back to the front desk. The woman at the front desk was more than accommodating with the switching of rooms when we brought it up though. The staff was wonderful."

"The only complain that I ve that there weren’t enough bathroom amenities like shower cap toothbrush or toothpaste razors Etc like the other 3 star hotels there was a kitchen counter with no countertop stove or pans or pots and a counter cook top"

"Very helpful staff, maintenance team, and everyone is very friendly! The hotel is kept very clean, housekeeping is amazing! The only thing I wish is that the internet was better….it was extremely sketchy. Other than that my visit was good! 👍"

"The staff was great, and overall it was a nice trip. The rooms that have the option of adjoining are not soundproof at all, you can hear almost everything through the closed door. Our air did not work, luckily it was cool enough but it was muggy. We were offered a fan, which was appreciated, but it was not a great solution. "
