Mulberry apartment has been renovated in 2020 to a luxury high spec, based within the 1897 impressive Hazelwood Court building and set in front of a 4 acre woodland. this 3-bedroom en-suite apartment. Perfectly positioned with stunning elevated views over the golf course and Morecambe Bay. Private en-suites in each bedroom and just a short drive away from the Lake District National Park. The space open-concept living area that seamlessly blends the kitchen, living room, and dining area into a harmonious space, perfect for entertaining friends and spending quality time with family. The abundant natural light streaming through large windows dances on the tasteful blend of modern and cozy furnishings.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, however we kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and furnishings. Please also ensure that you clean up after your dogs if you allow them to foul outside the property. Please bring your own bedding and towels for your dogs.
