"Room was clean. The exterior is in poor condition (rotten wood visible on balconies, broken tiles, etc..) The exterior walkways are really dirty with sand and stains; need a deep clean and should be swept daily. The abandoned restaurant in front of the hotel is an eye sore. A path to walk down the hill toward the coast and a shuttle to the beach would be a big plus."
