Séjour sympa mais sortie conflictuelle
Ma famille et moi avons loué cette maison 2 semaines en août 2021. La maison a changé de propriétaire en 2020/2021. La maison est agréable. A noter que le chauffage de la piscine est en supplément, ce qui n’est pas spécifié dans l’annonce. Ce malentendu a occasionné le désagrément de 3 jours sans jouissance de la piscine, trop froide après certaines nuits très fraîches (première semaine d’août). Précisément, la personne que nous avions en contact sur place nous a fait part d’un supplément de 350€ / semaine pour la mise en route de la pompe à chaleur ou alors du déploiement d’une bâche lourde (25 kg environ) et située à 100m de la piscine. Ni le système de bâche, ni le forfait pompe à chaleur ne nous ont paru honnêtes dans le cadre d’une location pour laquelle il était indiqué « piscine chauffée » dans l’annonce ! Cependant, la température augmentant vers le milieu de notre séjour, nous n’avons pas insisté sur le sujet auprès du bailleur, que nous avons tout de même informé du désagrément. A contrario (seconde semaine), quand il fait très chaud, la piscine est agréable mais la chaleur pendant la nuit est intenable dans les chambres à l’étage. Veillez également à effectuer un état des lieux d’entrée très minutieux car la moindre dégradation fera l’objet d’une estimation et un règlement sera demandé en contrepartie de la restitution du dépôt de garantie. Pour notre part il s’agissait de rayures sur une table, de ronds de verre sur un buffet et d’un mécanisme abîmé sur la table basse du salon). Nous avons essayé d’échanger avec le bailleur à ce sujet, d’autant plus que des désagréments étaient également à relever de notre côté, en particulier le sujet de piscine. Mais rien à faire, ma maman a accepté de payer afin de récupérer le chèque de caution, malgré l’absence d’état des lieux contradictoire de sortie signé. Nous précisons que nous louons des maisons en famille depuis plusieurs années et que nous n’avons jamais eu le moindre souci avec nos bailleurs. Pour le coup, un séjour sympa mais une sortie conflictuelle.
