"For all the high reviews, we were very disappointed in the lack of amenities that would have really made the hotel a 5 star. Example: there were NO mirrors in the main bedroom. That meant if someone was using the bathroom, there were no mirrors available to curl hair, put on makeup, or check out your wardrobe. There was no free breakfast (only a high priced Bistro) or coffee available. I expected a rack in the lobby supplying me with tourist spots to see but nothing was available. And high on our wish- list is a high-rise toilet… not a small sub-standard height which these rooms contain (according to staff). Our knees are bad and it’s difficult to use this height… even the handicap rooms have these short toilets. We continued on our vacation for 2 more weeks, but chose not to stay in any of the Courtyard Hotels because of this experience. "

"The staff was helpful! It is apparent that the maintenance/cleanliness is lacking. The cabinets in the bathroom/room where chipped, broken, missing trim - which you could tell was once there. The bathroom was dirty - I cleaned it. I picked up items that were left behind by previous guesses in the room itself. I thought a Wyndam hotel downtown would be nice - well kept. It was not. I will not be returning."

"This is a pretty new hotel so everything was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of green space surrounding the hotel that made it nice for the dogs to get out for a bit. Easy walking to several restaurants. "

"Our accessible room was quite clean. Breakfast could have been better stocked but area was spacious and clean. We didn’t get to take advantage of other amenities in our two night stay but we Might next time we are through Midland."

"We checked in the young lady was super helpful. I think her name was Brianna, but I might have gotten that wrong looked very well kept went down to our room and there has been a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The bath tub needed, cleaned, and re-grouted there was tons of rust in one of the areas. I actually took some pictures. The interior door lock was broken and the ladies for breakfast in the morning did not speak any English and the TV in the lobby was broken."
