Grand Vista Hotel
The price was fairly low. They are near the airport and dog friendly. The pool is nice. The parking is free. The building is pretty old, it is fairly clean but needs some fixing up (mostly cosmetic). There are good restaurants nearby. I won't be staying here again.

Very nice place! I have stayed here previously, and would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately the passive exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, leading to steamed mirrors, and other unpleasantness.
