Cute, cozy, and quiet!
Overall - this was a great place to stay. It was clean and quiet. There were lots of amenities like coffee and bottled water!! We appreciated the plush towels too. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

Always fantastic
We can’t say enough about this lovely suite. Every detail is attended to, from specialty coffee and snacks to a cozy comfortable bed and fragrant cleanliness. We never choose to stay anywhere else! Many thanks to Bruce and Cindy’s hospitality.

Amazing Gardens!
I immersed myself in the beautiful flowers and cozy spaces there. As a nature photographer this was heaven on earth. The room space was very nice too! Clean and well supplied and a very comfy bed to rest our heads of all day exploring the area.

Nice property lot with a view! And hummingbirds! Very close to attractions such as Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, and many more within driving distance. Nice hosts!

You park on packed gravel and many of the walking areas are the same way. An elderly person might struggle here. Two gates to go through plus a small amount of stairs. A small walk from parking to the room. The room was nice but on hot days the AC struggles. Bed and everything else very nice, good shower. Tons of nice towels and a very friendly property owner.

Great Hospitality
Very quiet and had everything I could need, with easy access to Colorado National Monument, and Grand Junction’s downtown. The hosts were lovely people and the property has a great view. Walk around the grounds and admire the gardens and sculptures/art. It’s a gorgeous place to stay, and there’s so much to do in the area!

GREAT STAY!!!
It had everything anyone would need and more. The grounds were very well manicured. The owners super friendly. The location was quiet with a very "safe" feeling. I highly recommend this for a stay.

Best VRBO
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Cindy went above and beyond to ensure the place was comfortable and welcoming. I don’t think we even used many of the items provided such as his and hers robes. The room and bathroom was super clean and very well stocked with anything you needed. The property is well maintained and the backyard provides a beautiful view of the river valley. We never did get a chance to play corn hole. Bruce & Cindy were very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful refuge
The property, yard and view are meticulously maintained. My suite was lovely, clean and vintage boho but with modern emminities like a kurig. I will run away just to stay and pamper myself. Oh and did I forget my new chicken friends hidden on the property. I enjoyed this affordable retreat.

Grand Junction Visit
I cant say enough good things about our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Things we would have never thought if needing were there for our use. The room was comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy and comfortable!
We loved staying in Bruce and Cindy’s east wing. Honestly, they have thought of everything to make a place comfortable. The east wing is so beautifully decorated. We want to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outside deck and the backyard view!

Cutest stay with a spa-vibe
Such a great, comfortable weekend in this space! Amenities are top notch! Super soft thick and luxurious towels and bedding. Spa-like double shower! Beautiful view of the canyon with stunning sunrises! Precious hosts too, super friendly yet gave me space, and they thought all all the little extras that I might have forgotten. I definitely recommend this for singles or a couple.

This is a lovely apartment- we arrived after a very long day of traveling and were welcomed with everything we needed. Extremely comfortable and luxurious, and very close to town. The deck is a wonderful bonus!

Perfect for our stopover!
This is a peaceful, spotless place. It actually is bigger than it appears in the photos. Comfortable and clean. They provide EVERYTHING you need. Bruce greeted us when we arrived and departed. Close to Rt 70 and restaurants. We were very happy with our brief stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Immaculate and cozy accommodations. Cindy has decorated this house so you feel welcome and has provided you everything you need for a relaxing stay. Bruce provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location of the property is extremely convenient for a hike in the Colorado National Monument.

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. It was very clean, and very detailed. I wanted to use the deck, but it just was too hot out. However the room was just perfect with cool temperature. I felt very welcome and enjoyed the great selection of coffee flavors. The bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again

What a View!
Cindy and Bruce are so nice - what dedication to their property too! Accurate description, plenty of extra goodies, comfortable bed, GPS directed me right to their slice of heaven (they work hard for it!). I will definitely stay again if back in Grand Junction. Thank you for all the extras & great conversation- and soft green grass to walk barefoot on after 9 hours on the road! You guys are awesome!

Great Experience
I'm glad we found the East Wing as a place to stay in Grand Junction. It's very neat and I felt like having a vacation in our own house. Cindy and Bruce did a tremendous job on making us feel like a home. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Not only was it clean and lovely, but there was sanitizer and wipes right by the front door, there was a Keurig machine, ice machine, full size shampoo/conditioner, body wash (for men and women), and sample sizes as well. There was a lovely deck that overlooked an immaculate yard and garden - I just wish we would've had time to enjoy it. The host sent full-detailed instructions, which helped a lot - as we arrived fairly late, and exhausted. We highly recommend this property!

property exactly as described, the comfortable accomodations exceeded our expectations. the evening visits of the hummingbirds to the feeder on the deck was a treat! the hosts have etched out a small corner of paradise, on the rim of red canyon that water carved out over millions of years. audobon wildlife and state park on the colorado river in the valley below. on our route from the west, we visited colorado monument by way of rim rock drive headed east, the eastern end of the rim rock drive ends only a few short miles from Quiet East

The East Wing is a wonderful private unit. Cindy and her husband are fantastic hosts. The bathroom and living area are stocked with all the amenities one could need, making the unit feel like a home. Being able to enjoy the morning coffee on the private deck is the icing on the cake.
