The house is beautiful and very clean but there’s a shortage of towels and washcloths. If you have a family and plan to stay more than than 1 night figure on washing towels and washcloths every day so you have enough.

Spacious with fantastic views and location!
We were visiting Grand Junction for our son’s wedding. This property was very spacious with everything needed to accommodate our family, including 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. The backyard and patio offer stunning sunsets and a great outdoor patio area. The location is fabulous, centrally located just minutes to downtown, the National Monument and close to Palisade wineries! Fran and John were fantastic hosts! Their home helped to make our trip perfect!

Great location with a nice view and ample room for larger groups!
6 of us were in town to attend a concert. Only a 12 minute Uber ride to downtown. House and yard is nicer and more spacious than it appears in photos! Fantastic place to stay!

Great house with great view
We enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. The location is great as well: it looks over the valley and it is easy to get to the local attractions from there.

We went to Grand Junction for a large family get-together to celebrate several milestone birthdays. Much fun, laughter & memories were made! Five of us stayed in this VRBO and we loved the quietness, the views, big spaciousness of the home & property. Much time was spent sitting on the back patio enjoying morning coffee, eating dinner, watching the summer storms come in, playing games on the back porch, and kids playing in the huge back yard. The views from the backyard and while sitting indoors were SO beautiful!! All the amenities that were needed were in the home, and to have 3 bathrooms was perfect. The owner, John, was very kind, helpful and communicative. We highly recommend this VRBO and we would love to stay here again when we go back to Colorado.

Best VRBO property ever!
I cannot say enough good things about this home. It is so spacious. It was clean. The bathrooms are very nice. The bedrooms are huge. The HVAC system whole house air filtration system makes the home smells clean and fresh and if you have allergies, you will sleep so much better in this house. The back porch view is spectacular! Best VRBO stay I’ve ever booked!

Three generations of our family went to attend a wedding in Grand Junction. Stayed at this beautiful home as our base for the weekend of activities. Spring biking trip to Grand Junction
Property was perfect for our needs. 3 nice bedrooms plus large common area for socializing. Great views from the back yard overlooking the valley. We were able to ride to mountain biking trails at nearby water tower. Monument is also very close and ridable from house. Only downside was no garage so bike storage was not easy.

Beautiful home away from home
This home and the hosts exceeded our expectations! Communication with John was very prompt and instructions were clear. The backyard offered a gorgeous view of the valley and we spent much of our time around the fire pit, enjoying the sunrise and bird watching. Pillows were comfortable and towels were thick and soft! Kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee bar was lovely. Ample parking was perfect for us as well. They thought of everything to make us feel right at home. I could go on and on! If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the Grand Valley, this is it!! Thank you, John and Fran!

This house was so great. The description and pictures were accurate. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Our daughter made friends right away with some children next door. The location is just perfect. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants. Close to trails for off roading and the Colorado National Monument is close as well. The house is extremely well kept and had everything we needed. The views from the back are amazing. Oh, and the owners are the most responsive I have ever dealt with on any vacation rental site. I was amazed how quickly they responded with any questions I had. I would return to this house just to work with them again! Great experience overall.

Wonderful Stay
While the property is obviously of an older vintage build, it is very well maintained and has several upgrades that made our stay convenient and enjoyable. We loved the open floor plan where we could all be together, the TV/Entertainment options were great, and we especially loved the views of the river and city lights at night. It was great to have the option of taking a bike on the trails to the river and the box of toys for the kiddos was perfect. We especially liked the simple check in/check out instructions and procedures. What a wonderful property and great hosts. Thank you!!

This is our third time staying here. The view is so amazing and the host are so easy to work with. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you need. My husband loves to watch the sunsets on the patio with the gas firepit going. We will be back again

Perfect family get away!
We loved our stay and the property was stocked with everything we needed. The house was great for multiple adults plus a 1-year old and 3-year old. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and great for kids to have outdoor space to run around. We also loved the view!

Awesome!
The views of the cliffs from the back of the house are absolutely amazing especially at sunrise and sunset! This house was in a great location to take the Amtrak train, get a rental car, and see the surrounding beauty of Colorado National Monument, the Grand Mesa, and even some other National Parks like Arches and Canyonlands. We didn’t do much cooking other than use the microwave, but the house was clean and the beds were comfy. I will be recommending this house to friends and family 🙂

We loved our stay in Grand Junction. This house is very clean, very spacious, convenient to everything, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable. I especially liked that the sheets and comforters had no perfume smell which is an issue I have had with other VRBOs. The labels on the light switches is a much appreciated special touch. We couldn't ask for a better experience. The pictures don't do it justice.

The hosts were terrific in responding to our needs right away and making the process so easy to check in and out. Accommodations were perfect and above expectations and couldn’t think of anything they didn’t think of to make our stay so nice. Vacation 2021 here with our whole family was outstanding. Our first time ever using something other than a condo and I am sold on vacations like this all the time. The house was fantastic, very, very clean, spacious, great amenities, and the VIEW. We loved waking up to that view and going to bed with that view. The only problem was the week we picked happened to have record temperature highs. That surely didn't stop us from exploring the surrounding areas. From the Mesa to the Orchards, to Aspen and hiking up to hidden mountain lakes. Absolutely beautiful. If your looking for a place to stay this is it. I would give this place 5 stars or (the teacher in me) an A+. God Bless.

Mountain Biking in Grand Junction
The house was wonderful. The views were amazing. The kitchen was great for cooking in although we just did breakfasts. We rode the trails in Grand Junction and Loma. Had great meals at Alehouse Brewery/Las Marias and Rockslide Brewery. The house was a great location for everything we wanted to do and we would definitely stay again.
