Quiet and cool house with a mouse
Bathroom was spacious and clean, nicely remodelled. All the towels smelled wonderful and clean, thank you. The house was very cool - aircon works great, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fridge was clean, and there were enough appliances and dishes for a great stay, but a mouse lives in the kitchen - under the oven. The oven and the grill outdoors were not clean enough to use. This was a disappointment as I brought meat to cook for dinner and was unable to do so. The pillows in the main bedroom were very flat and need replacing, and the ceiling fan in that room needs cleaning.

Perfect location for exploring
The house exceeded our expectations as it had far more amenities (kitchen lacked nothing!!) than other properties offered. The beds were comfortable, the shower good, and the living room a great place to relax. We spent time in Grand Junction, Colorado National Monument, and Black Canyon NP and found this location was great. We would stay here again

Lovely Little Home
We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. The location of the little home was perfect for our adventures to Arches National Park, GJ and Fruita. My kids really liked the chickens and ducks along with the rope swings. The home was stocked with all that we needed (except there was no shampoo, but we always take our own just in case). We would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Grand Junction
Such a nice house, well stocked, clean and roomy. Located away from hustle and bustle of town, yet close to sites of interest. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had by text. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Cozy homestead
Overall this was a lovely place to stay! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean, and very nicely stocked kitchen and amenities. Our only complaint is the bed was too firm for us.

Lovely rural home,
