"The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is nice. However, it was quite noisy until around 10 p.m., which is late when traveling with young children. The large shower looked beautiful but had very poor water pressure and sprayed in different directions, which was disappointing. Parking was also a bit confusing and resulted in our vehicle being towed early in the morning, which made for a stressful start to the day. Clearer signage around parking would help avoid situations like this."

"For the price of the room , this is first time staying here, also the first time that the breakfast wasn’t included with the stay . Also noticed that the bathroom had no fan for ventilation after using the bath or shower to extract the steam "

"Our stay was great. We were frustrated with things that happened before - it was not easy to change our booking from two nights to one, and the hotel charged our credit card before checking with us (they cancelled upon request). Thankfully our stay was enjoyable and we hope the pre-stay issues will be fixed before we consider staying again."

"The suite had all we needed except a kettle, but we didn’t call down for it, we used the microwave. It was comfortable for 3 adults and two kids to visit. The gym was clean and had just what I needed. The pool was nice and the slide very popular. But it was over crowded. The continental breakfast was wonderful and had a nice selection of fresh fruit and hot food. Great location for food delivery too. "
