"Josane is a wonderful host. Truly embodying the spirit of St Maarten as the "Friendly Island." The apartment is simple, but great for resting. AC in bedroom is ice cold. Neighborhood is not great to walk in, but if you have a vehicle, you should be able to get around easily."

The island had just gone through a major storm the day before we arrived, and despite the circumstances, Fritz was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. "Perfect location. Mike met us at the security gate and gave us a full tour of the property. The penthouse was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and ready for us to enjoy. Restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc... nearby within a few minutes walk. 3 pools (1 saltwater) and a private beach gave us a plenty of room to lounge. The property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Wonderful place and experience. This was truly amazing. "
