"The location is the best part the hotel. Its proximity to downtown Flagstaff is wonderful. Just a couple minutes drive or about a 15 minute walk. The hotel itself is okay. We picked it because it was a less expensive hotel. You get what you pay for. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Other than that it was a little rough. TV got 8 channels and the remote was broke. The bathroom sink's faucet was not attached to the sink. The outside of the building is very worn. They had an ice machine but not buckets so I had to go down and fill cups one at a time. Lots of details were just not there. Good for a night, that's about it."

"There was a younger man doing the front desk when we checked in, and he was not welcoming at all, literally no personality. The next evening their parking lot was full and he gave us some impossible directions to a place the hotel owns where we could park. We never could find it, and went back and fortunately a different person told us what to do, and since she spoke English totally easy to understand. After a full day of walking at GC , and we are 74 years old, it was very exhausting to have to do all of that just because he barely spoke English. Other then that it was fine"

"This place is such a vibe. The common area, patio, pool, and bar are such a luxury to have. The room is clean and comfortable and staying on the 2nd floor really helps with the noise. Always enjoy staying here"
