"This hotel had an amazing vibe! Friendly staff, retro items in the rooms, fun pool, and directly on Route 66 which was a treat!"

"Blood on bed sheets, called front office to inform them and was told to bring the sheets down to them myself to get “clean sheets”. "

"We stayed in the motel side. (There is a hotel & motel) and it was great. Simple accommodations but everything you need was there. Could not be a more perfect location for visiting the grand canyon. Staff was super helpful and even recommended a local spot for star gazing. "

"Pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Asked for towels and was told housekeeping did not start till 8. On day 2 we encountered a few roaches in two of our rooms. One of the sinks was slow draining. "
