Favorite place at Granby Ranch
We will always try to book this condo!!! This was our second stay this winter and third stay overall. The owners are wonderful to work with and their home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We love being in a true ski in/ski out location. We cannot recommend this rental enough - you will not regret it. A home away from home!

Perfect condo for family ski trip.
We loved everything about this condo! It was very comfortable for our family of five, including three teenage boys. Very easy communication with the owner/property manager. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The ski-in ski-out access was on a blue run which our kids were comfortable with, but it is a very short drive to the base and we had no trouble finding close parking for the three days we skied. We found Granby Ranch to be a great family and beginner-friendly ski area and will definitely be back.

Absolute gem of a home, located within walking distance of what was effectively our personal ski lift connecting us to the entire Granby Ranch ski property. Terri was super responsive and a joy to interact with. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds super comfortable. About all you can ask! I can't wait to stay again!

Great, cozy, clean condo at Granby Ranch. We enjoyed the 4th of July in Granby and this condo was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well equipped, condo stayed cool during the day/night, comfortable beds. Owner was great to communicate with!

This condo was wonderful for our family! Plenty of room for us and our 3 year old son and was so cozy and comfy. It was a perfect base for our adventures at Rocky Mountain national park, mount evans, and the Arapaho national forest. Just what we were looking for!

We loved this ski in/ski out condo. The location was perfect and it fit our family of mostly grown boys perfectly. It had all of the essentials and more. We played games in the evenings with our boys and made dinner every night. It was as great as I had hoped. We will definitely be returning.

We had a terrific stay at this condo this weekend. So many little details that make for a comfortable stay-broom to sweep up after kiddos, ice packs in the freezer to use, comfortable beds and pillows, thermometer on the balcony, ski closet, and the list could go on. It was the perfect spot for our family to rest and recharge, and get some runs in.

Our family of five loved this property! Beautiful views with fantastic access to skiing. It was far enough away from the busyness of the main lodge to be nice and quiet but close enough that we could drive there in ~2 minutes. Great condo! Perfect set up for our family getaway (myself & two young daughters and sister in law)- I loved that I was able to sleep in the same room as my daughters. They were thrilled to have bunk beds! And my sister in law loved having a king bed to herself! ! Having two separate bathrooms for our small group was wonderful. Very clean condo! Easy check in and check out procedures. Perfect location for horseback riding in Fraser and later going to the sulfur hot springs.

Perfect in all the ways
First, this is true ski in/ski out, location couldn’t be better if you come in ski season. It allowed us to have lunch here and not the base. This condo has been recently updated, just enough to be updated without losing the mountain coziness. Every detail was thought through. We travel quite often and have a list of things to remember to travel with, and everything on that list was already here. We are already trying to get our plans established for summer and next ski season to secure time here. Terri was a great host and was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We adjusted our dates, added a day without issue.

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5. It was right off the Kicking Horse lift, which is an easier blue run. The beds we comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was such a great experience, we’d like to stay here annually!

2 Hours before check in, there was a ceiling flood
So, we had to scramble on Christmas Eve to try and find a place to stay for our ski vacation...with a car full of groceries. We had to drive an hour out of way to stay at a Residence Inn (needed a freezer and appliances - COVID). I was lucky to find a place for 2 nights after that in Winter Park and 1 night in Granby. I ended up paying almost 3 times as much (even though I was reimbursed). Terri offered to try and help us find a place, but again it was Christmas and there are 4 of us and it's a pandemic. This was one of the worst experiences I have had.

Unfortunately, Sheri and her family were not able to stay at our condo. We had guests leave Christmas Eve morning and sometime after they left a pipe in the condo above us broke. When our cleaners arrived, there was water coming through the ceiling in the kitchen, the lighting was all broken, and there was standing water. Upon receiving their call, I immediately called Sheri. I promised to do my best to find her another place to stay, which I did within 90 minutes. However, she had made other arrangements. I’m so sorry this happened and they didn’t get to stay at our home for the vacation they planned.

We loved this condo! Terri was so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect and even the decor was adorable. The blankets were clean and we had more than enough. We cooked a few meals and used the pool. Even with covid, we were able to enjoy ourselves. We also found ski tree runs that we could hike right next to the condo. The kids loved running up and down them. We did stand up paddle boarding at Grand Lake and had gelato. It was a wonderful weekend! We will visit again!

Fresh air and Sunshine
Travel during the pandemic was probably not wise, but we really needed to get out and stretch our legs and be in nature and feel we were able to keep away from crowds and this was a perfect compromise. We love being in the mountains. The condo was quiet and restful. We were close by a lot of nature hikes and also enjoyed the hikes at the Ranch. Loved our time at the National Park. Hope to return soon!
