Comfortably accommodated our large party , for a family reunion of three families. Great rustic decor.
Wonderful location.
5 different families were all able to comfortably stay at this home! It has a terrific setup with 6 bedrooms and plenty of lounging areas both indoors and out for people to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds quite comfortable; the playground was an awesome touch for our toddler and the views from the back porch were terrific. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and near all sorts of great hikes and aquatic activities. Highly recommend staying at Juniper, especially if you’re part of a big group!
House was roomy enough for our family of 12 with 6 bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably! There was just enough snow to use the “sleds” to entertain the kids with the hill beside the house. The nice neighbor said he didn’t mind at all. It was also close enough to make our ski days and tubing Fraser Hill easy with our crew. The house had everything we needed. We all agreed that the only thing that would make this THE PERFECT place is a nice hot tub to retreat to before settling down for the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even without a hot tub would rent again. 🙂
This was a great home for our family vacation, 9 adults and 3 (under 6) children. Very comfortable spaces for all. Winter Park Stays, was always available to answer our questions.

We had plenty of room to celebrate a reunion. Perfect location to access skiing, tubing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. We had a blast enjoying the snow! Of note, extra towels were not easy to find.
We skied, sledded, sleigh rides, opened presents, played games, built a snowman and it was a perfect place for all of this. Plenty of rooms, and plenty of bathrooms! Enough seats at the table and…. A great garage.
Idyllic stay for a long awaited reunion among friends
Situated between Winter Park and Lake Granby, the Juniper Granby Ranch was an ideal location for several families with young children to rest, relax and reminisce. We enjoyed activities at Winter Park such as careening down alpine slides, basking in the sun, smelling the mountain air, and enjoying the surrounding mountainscapes on the gondola. Kayaking and captaining a pontoon boat at Shadow Mtn and Grand Lakes were an added bonus that delighted both young and old. We definitely will keep this place on our list for future reunions if available.
This property was ideal for our family of 8 adults and one teenager. The main purpose of our stay was to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a much better location for us than the Estes Park area due to being much less crowded. While we had no contact with the property manager, we had no problem with access to the property or with any of the instructions. The property was clean and had several large areas where the whole family could gather to visit. Overall, it was very comfortable and had great views. We would not hesitate to stay here again if it was available.
Our group of 3 families (10 people with kids ages 6-13) had a fantastic stay at this house. The house is amazingly roomy, we never felt at all cramped and commented that we could have had another family with us and still felt plenty roomy. The property is very well kept. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were roomy, kitchen was well stocked, and the garage and mud room area made it easy to keep all our ski stuff organized and dry. Communication with the property management was very good, and they were very responsive. I also liked that they didn't ask us to strip the beds or start laundry, that was very nice. This is a great property and we're looking forward to coming back again.
House was very clean and spacious with lots of room for the littles and teens to play. The large dining table made family dinnertime nice. Home is close to ski slopes and grocery shopping.
We found only 4 cereal bowls in a house for 14 people?? The property manager doesn't seem to know much about the property. There was a bit of a snow drift on the driveway when we arrived and it didn't get cleared until we called about it 4 days later. The manager also couldn't tell us if there was supposed to be a remote for the garage door or what the garage door code is.
