Next to this living space is a beautiful updated full kitchen, which boasts modern cabinetry, new appliances, and a generous quartz island, all designed to seamlessly integrate with the main living space. This garden-level condominium features a modern interior and an open floor plan. For dining, the breakfast bar can seat four, provides scenic views of the mountains and meadows along with access to a private patio. Please note that air conditioning is not available.

The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for guests requiring additional sleeping arrangements, featuring a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and a twin on top, accommodating up to three individuals. The second bathroom is accessible from this bedroom and is also located in the main hallway for convenience from the living area.

Enjoy the benefits of ski-in/ski-out access at this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located Building 1 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby. Conveniently situated next to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, this fully furnished unit is an excellent choice for family rentals.

It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.

The place was just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is there wasn’t extra blankets. There were throw blankets but as someone who sleeps cold I could have used a heavier spare blanket. Otherwise the experience was good!
