This beautiful condo is the perfect getaway for any season! The private hot tub is perfect for relaxing, as is the spacious living room with multiple large windows for enjoying the view. Watch the snow fall, view trees, wildflowers and wildlife from your sofa. The large bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full bath. There is also a pull-out sofa and a pull-out chair, so this space can sleep up to 5. There is a secondary 3/4 bath as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room table. Amenities include ski in- ski out, views, nearby fishing, hiking, golf, boating, shopping in Winter Park or Grand Lake. Check out the local rodeo and the Winter Park Repertory Theatre during the summer months!

Amazing Mountain Retreat!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this condo! Its proximity to the mountains made it an ideal location for a mountain retreat. The convenience of being close to the grocery store was a definite plus. The dining options were wonderful, and there was delicious coffee near by. Ski lifts – they were just a stone's throw away! We had a wonderful, romantic getaway. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice place

Condo was very nice - much larger than you’d expect for a 1br. Very clean. Easy parking. Mountain access wasn’t bad, though it’s not exactly ski in ski out. It’s close enough though. You either need to drive to the upper lot or walk down to the other end of the complex to get on the smaller lift. Wasn’t a big deal for us but if you have a hard time walking in ski boots just keep that in mind. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Clean rental with a great view

The property was very clean and the fireplace made it extremely cozy. The only problem was the hot tub which was smelling of chlorine so we did not use it at all. There was a lot of white residue coming out of the jets which I’ll share with the property manager just in case if something is wrong. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Hostess Shelly was great. The room was super nice. And we had good time at Granby and Grand Lake. Wonderful dinner at Brickhouse! Wish we could have stayed a 3rd night but had to get home.

Adequate

You are at the mercy of renters above and beside you because walls are thin. We could hear little runs screaming at 5:30 am and boys running above us at 6 am. Ski in /ski out claim is a little bit of a stretch if you want to start at base camp. Rental needs a couple of heavier blankets and some sharp kitchen knives.Granby Ranch skiing is great!

Only thing is the stove didn't work.

We called front desk about stove, they sent someone out to fix, but couldn't. They offered to move us or use stove in next unit. We said we would use the stove next door which we did not. But everything else ok. Just wondering, if there was any compensation that could approved.
