Our Fairways townhome is a luxurious contemporary retreat located near the base of Granby Ranch Resort, featuring numerous amenities, two interior levels, and offering guests breathtaking mountain views from a private balcony. The spacious interior includes two living rooms and a private outdoor hot tub, complemented by an interior design that is carefully crafted with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood flooring throughout the main level, along with new carpeting on the lower level. This three-bedroom unit can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
The main living area is furnished with ample comfortable seating around the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, with numerous windows that allow abundant sunlight to enhance the overall ambiance of the room, highlighted by the vaulted ceilings. The private balcony is easily accessible from the living room and features ample outdoor seating and a fire pit table, perfect for making s'mores!
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area boasts a large table that seats six guests. The gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast bar for two, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and access to the front patio equipped with a BBQ grill.
The main level houses two of the bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds and has access to the main hallway bathroom.
The second level of the home includes a secondary living room that is spacious and equipped with a flat-screen television, an electric fireplace, and a large wet bar for drinks and snacks. This room also provides access to a private patio where guests can relax and enjoy the views or unwind in the private outdoor hot tub after a day filled with adventures and nighttime stargazing. The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, and the second bedroom on this lower level features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom.
Furthermore, the property offers outdoor parking space for a maximum of two vehicles, complimentary WI-FI, and four Smart TVs equipped with cable streaming services. It is important to mention that there are three window air conditioning units provided.
Additionally, there is a Ring doorbell camera and a Ring-powered security system installed throughout the residence.
For a fee of $20 per person/day, guests have access to the Ranch Hall at the base of Granby Ranch Resort, which includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
