"Close to downtown historical Grandbury, TX...restaurants and stores near by. The only issues in the room that we stayed in was...the extra door latch was broken, and the office chair was not working properly. Just wished we asked for a room that wasn't under or close to a family with children. "

"This house is so cute & exactly as described in the listing description. It was so clean, cozy & has a nice backyard area. Walking distance to the town square & short driving distance to other nice areas for shopping & dining. There is a nice game room on the propert as well but we did not use it. The hot tub was very clean & a nice relaxing bonus. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this property!"

"We certainly enjoyed our 4th of July weekend stay at Abby Manor! Host Nancy has thought of everything. Ample supply of towels, comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of cookware, dinnerware and spices. Great location although since it rained allWeekend we didn't attempt to walk downtown. Note: all bedrooms are upstairs. Someone mentioned stairs are steep but we are in our mid and late 60's and had no issues. The steps are small but I don't think steep. Great handrail.There were 4 adults and 2 kids but this place is big enough to accommodate more. Two masters upstairs along with two rooms with twin beds. There is also a Queen bed downstairs in the study which is nice but no shower downstairs, only a really cute powder room.Nancy was a great host and we felt like royalty in Abby Manor and made sweet family memories together here. We know you will, too."
