"This cottage is charming and thoughtfully styled, and we were initially excited about our stay.Unfortunately, we encountered several cleanliness and maintenance issues that affected our comfort. We found a used cigarette on the kitchen counter and multiple dirty dishes put away as clean, including two plates which were covered in some sort of oil and a cereal bowl with dried food. This made us question the consistency of the cleaning process.The toilet did not consistently flush properly, there were no window coverings on the front door (which limited privacy at night), and basic kitchen supplies were minimal.The property has great potential and is attractively designed, but improved attention to cleaning details and functionality would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"We really liked the location. The bedroom window has a nice view of the lake. It's also a short 8-9 block walk to restaurants and entertainment around Granbury Square. When we arrived, there were muffins and fresh orange juice in the refrigerator."
