Beautiful accommodations right at the Placa Neuva, a central hub for many tour groups, restaurants, and shops. Perfect spot to stay in Granada. Incredible location and our room had an incredible view of the mountains and the plaza. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

My stay was great! Easy check-in and very nice staff. Everything you could need is provided! The best part of the stay would definitely be the location, such an optimal location. Short walk to Alhambra, the market place, cathedral, and the bus stop. Would highly recommend!

We picked this property as it was very convenient to visit the Alhambra, which was just up the street where this property is located. The owner/manager (Pedro) is very nice. However, the property was missing main essential items such as an iron, iron board, and sheets for the sofa bed. After the request, the iron and sheet was provided to us. The air conditioner is only in the bedroom. The kitchen and main living area of the apartment does not have air conditioner. Also, there are no fans available (we did request one). Overall, good experience. The only reason we took points away is because it’s an old property and there is some sewerage smell in the bathroom, which at times is normal in very old buildings. A lot of nice places to eat and very nicely located. Our experience was made better because of Pedro’s outstanding customer service.

Positive notes: lodging, downtown, close to Ahlambra, Pedro host certainly friendly and helpful, good parking options, fairly priced. Negative notes: the accommodation, we found a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the kitchen is not very equipped for cooking, allows just a minimum, especially if you are 4 people. Excelente estancia. El lugar es barato, pero bonito, limpio y bien atendido. Paco, fue muy atento en ayudarnos a gestionar el estacionamiento para no tener que moverlo durante nuestra estancia.

Amazing location walking distance from the Alhambra and the center of Granada. Although this is a pension (Spanish for hostel), you can book it as a single room that has multiple beds. Check in and check out were easy. You have a code to enter the main entrance and you can get your key any time with the keycode provided before your day of entry.

Location is perfect

Location is perfect (across Plaza Nueva, easy walk to Tristes, Darro and Cathedral, very near C32 bus stop if going to Alhambra entrance, taxis across Plaza Nueva, many touristy bars and restaurants nearby). My only letdowns: (1) rather challenging check-in procedure (no contact; all instructions given in Castellano via audio; you had to understand all the processes from where to get the key, what combination is needed in the intercom, what key to use in main pension door, what key to use to your room) and (2) although generally clean, I found hair on the bed sheets (sorry, hair is my pet peeve) and some water/oil stains as well; but the shared toilet is really really clean replete with alcohol spray at your convenience. Another item I want to mention (which no one seemed to say in all reviews so far) is that the building is rather dated. At first impression, I thought it was spooky and probably had ghosts in it or something. I slept well though, no ghosts during my stay. Overall value for money. I would book again for the location.

Arnaque quand on vous montre ce qui n'existe pas! les photos de la chambre présentée sont celles d'une chambre qui existe peut ^tre mais il n'y a pas de chambre avec WC et salle de bains dans la chambre. Et , à ce tarif là en comparaison avec les autres Ets de la ville c'est très exagéré. On aurait aimé partir après la 1ere nuit mais le propriétaire l'a refusé. Quad on tient des clients on les fait payer au maximum! Hotels.com devrait tenir compte de ces pratiques pour éliminer de tels hotels de sa gamme proposée...A suivre!

이 숙소는 전기에 문제가 많음. 온풍기를 세게 틀면 전기가 다운 됨. 인덕션 2구를 쓰면서 헤어드라이기를 써도 다운됨. 2사람이 샤워를 하면 따뜻한 물이 1시간 30분 지나야 나옴. 모르고 세번째 샤워하려 행ㅎ던 11살 아이가 덜덜 떨며 그냥 나옴. 그릇 매우 더러워서 들어가면서 모두 닦음. 어둡고 춥고 벌레나오는 집이었음.

posizione comodissima,pieno di localini deliziosi dove mangiare un buon piatto o bere ottimi caffè. nella piazza sotto l’albergo ci sono diversi autobus e taxi,comodi per spostarsi. pulizia eccellente,camera comoda e confortevole,unica pecca forse l’acqua non troppo calda e rubinetto a pressione da bagno pubblico,non vengono dati set di cortesia (bustine shampoo/bagnoschiuma) ed il phon va richiesto. carlos super ospitale,è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze ed imprevisti! la comunicazione avvenuta tramite mail/expedia è stata veloce ed esaustiva
