To the right, we access the living room, which features a stylish integrated kitchen, fully equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. The living room includes a fantastic dining area, Smart TV, and a 140x190 cm sofa bed. It opens to a cozy balcony, equipped with a table and two outdoor chairs.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling. Additionally, the building has a centralized heating system that operates from 18:00 to 22:00 hours, and there is an easily accessible elevator, which can be accessed via a small staircase equipped with a stairlift to ensure comfort for guests with reduced mobility, guaranteeing easy access for all guests.

In addition to the unbeatable features of the apartment, its perfect location in the heart of Granada stands out, just minutes from the Cathedral and the most important monuments. It also offers excellent connectivity to the city’s top tourist attractions, and is just steps away from the leisure areas, with a wide selection of shops and an excellent gastronomic offer.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
