House with garden and views in a natural area 15' from the bustling city center

I love getting home from the noise and the crowd of the center, which is very close but is erased in the tranquility and joy of this other, more authentic Granada.
When the day is right I like to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden, under the fig tree. In summer I close everything from noon until sunset and then I water the outside, the plants and the ground: that transmits a lot of freshness to the house and for those who do it it is a very pleasant moment !!
The house is solid and comfortable, it has all the necessary elements to spend a day or a year. The distribution is open and furnished with antique pieces, contemporary Italian, Swiss and Spanish furniture. There are some art objects from artist friends, books and lighting that make it especially comfortable and familiar at night.
The garden is another room in the house, especially in winter during the day and in summer at night. There is a large slice of heaven, so the nearby plaza is known as Plaza de las Estrellas.
The pool is small, we just wanted enough to fully immerse yourself or sit down with a refreshment.
The temperature can be regulated to pleasure in winter or summer.
We are especially interested in everything being very clean.
