Art Chapiz is a sunny, beautiful and cozy two bedroom apartment located in the emblematic Albayzin, with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife Palace, both at a 10 minute walking distance. Right at the center of the Albayzin, near San Nicolas lookout, the most iconic viewpoint in Granada, and bordering the Sacromonte district, best place for Flamenco Shows. Real luxury right in the middle of everything. Parking available!
Just remodeled, it was designed in the highest standard of taste and quality to keep its rustic Albayzin style while giving it to modern update using original paintings, exotic sculptures, and contemporary furniture.
Located in a traditional "Corrala" building with a picturesque central patio, the 70 m2 (750ft2) apartment features all exterior rooms with a light color palate and natural stone and wood flooring which create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The south-facing living room features two large windows and a balcony that opens onto the main street with panoramic views of the Alhambra and the surrounding gardens, the Generalife. There is a white leather, corner sofa bed, a coffee table, 42 inch flat-screen LCD television and a modern dining set suitable for up to 6 guests.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, tableware, and high-quality built-in appliances including; washing / dryer machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.
The main bedroom features a balcony that opens to the main street, with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife, queen-sized bed (150x190cm) and an open wardrobe.
The second bedroom, facing south as well, also features a balcony that overlooks the main street with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife, queen-sized bed (150x190cm) and an open wardrobe.
Guests have their choice of synthetic-fill or ergonomic memory-foam pillows.
The bathroom faces the inside patio and is finished with natural stone, featuring a thermostatic rain shower column, chromo therapy lighting, high quality towels and a hair dryer.
All rooms have air conditioning and heating units as well as Wi-Fi internet access.
Parking space in a private garage is available for € 15.00 / day per vehicle.

Granada, especially the Albayzin, is a city that is very easy to discover on foot. The apartment is strategically located:

We loved the apartment! It was large, comfortable, peaceful, beautifully decorated and clean. Roberto and particularly Susana were really friendly and helpful with check in and providing information, recommendations and booking a taxi. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from the Alhambra, flamenco bars and other attractions
Highly recommend. Apartment is beautiful and contains everything you need to cook or just have coffee. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. Location is awesome with so many bars/restaurants available just up the hill as well as a well stocked super market. Also easy to take the C32 bus steps away, to town centre.
The apartment is a good size, with everything we needed. It is very well located, with all major attractions in walking distance, and many, many bars, restaurants, flamenco etc close by. We were driving so the on-site car parking was a huge benefit. Property recommended.
What a perfect stay this was. Centrally located. Beautiful furnishings. Great support from property manager Susana. Would highly recommend. Also, great original artwork on the walls by the owner.
Susana met us at the apartment. She was very helpful in letting us know where to pick up groceries and find restaurants. She also kindly arranged a taxi for us to take us to the train station when we left. The apartment was beautiful.

If you’re going to Granada, you have to stay at this place. We parked the car in the garage and didn’t use it for three days. The apartment is so central that we could walk to every major historical location. Susanna was super nice and took care of us as we arrived. I can’t give this a higher recommendation.
The place was so close to the Alhambra and a great location to the city. Directions to access place was very well described. The place was modern and very nicely decorated. The property mgr was so helpful when we got there and available to answer questions during our stay.
A beautiful apartment in the heart of the Albaicín, virtually at the foot of the Alhambra.
A spacious well laid out apartment with modern conveniences, and very comfortable beds, situated in the heart of the Albaicin and a 5 minute walk to the Alhambra, historical district and many food and drink establishments that gave us a top notch experience. The neighborhood is secure, safe, and the locals are friendly, sincere and helpful.
Our family of four spent two days in Granada & Roberto’s place was perfect. It is clean, stylish & well appointed. Lots of character, but with modern touches where you want them. Check in was a breeze & we could reach our contact at any time with any questions. Great location too. The Albacin was so charming.
This apartment worked well for us and lives up to the description and photos. Modern and clean with everything you need. It is 2-3 blocks up a steep hill to the Albaicin neighborhood, which is actually great because the neighborhood continues going up, up, up but if you have mobility issues, this might not work. We enjoyed it very much. Pay attention to the check in window time, because you do need to meet someone there to get in. This was okay for our schedule. It is very conveniently located to the sights in Granada and shops/restaurants. I agree that it will be best to see the Alhambra with a guide as there are almost no signs with info. We learned so much with the guide service recommended by Roberto. Definitely walk around to the viewpoints nearby - stunning views. We did a "Sierra Nevada Canyon Adventure Hike" hosted by Angela and her dog Kira that was a trip highlight! Google her. We would stay here again!

Stylish apartment in the heart of Grenada. This property is well equipped and perfectly located. The communications before and during the stay were very good.
Comfortable, good beds, nicely decorated, accommodating host, pictures are accurate representation, located in old city. Just be aware that means a steep climb up the hill to the apartment.
