Maison assez grande, au calme mais vieillotte et qui a besoin d'une bonne rénovation

Chez papi et mamie : tout est dans le titre ! Maison assez spacieuse avec un grand jardin et une place de parking mais elle est vieillotte voire très défraîchie. Si on laisse de côté les chaises branlantes, les volets qui ferment mal ou le papier peint décollé, la literie est confortable, la TV et le Wifi fonctionnent bien et le quartier est calme. Le gros bémol est le numéro de la maison indiqué dans l'annonce : ce n'est pas le bon et les photos envoyées pas du tout à jour. On se trouve à sonner chez les voisins pour trouver l'entrée de la maison.
