The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

Nota 10 para o cafe da manhã, maravilhoso! Nota 5 para a localização, pois ate ubber é dificílimo de conseguir. Nota 0 para a tentativa de cobrança de "taxas", as quais ja estavam incluidas na tarifa do app HOTELS.com, e perante o meu questionamento eles retiraram. As únicas realmente devidas, que constavam no app e que eu paguei no local, são: a taxa de turismo e do estacionamento e manobrista, a qual também não deveria ser cobrada, pois o carro fica na rua e nem sequer manobrista tem.

O quarto é ok. A roupa de cama que eles colocam que dá a sensação de ser muito velho. O frigobar é velho, cortina blackout que deixa o sol entrar de manhã, chuveiro era quente. O que mais me deixou desconfortável foi a TV que não era smart, um TV antiga com alguns canais disponíveis. Pleno 2025 não ter uma TV smart em um quarto de hotel em Gramado é absurdo. Fora que é cobrada uma taxa de turismo sobre qualquer valor. Você irá pagar 30 reais + 10% ao dia de estacionamento e 20 reais + 10% de limpeza. Coloque esses valores no papel ao achar que esse hotel é “barato”

Razoável para bom o hotel custo benefício.

Minha experiência no sky Valle hotel gramado: pontos positivo: café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza boa, serviços bons. Pontos negativos: fiquei na suite 138 , chuveiro agua demora p ficar apenas morna, quarto cheiro de mofo, ar aquecedor com barulhos.

Horrivel traduz tudo, colchao desconfortavel e encardido, quartos velhos, lencois encardidos e velhos, banheiro entao deploravel, vazamentos, agua que esquenta e esfria nao é estavel, ar condicionado barulhento, um lustre que fica aceso a noite toda sendo nos obrigados a forrar a porta para aluz nao entrar no quarto, isso qtinha mudado de quarto pois o anterior era muito pior. Nao se guiem pelas fotos eh tudo velho e caindo aos pedaçoes. no primeiro quarto o frigobar extremamente velho estava no chao e nao cabia no nicho do apartamento.
