Quarto pequeno, mas experiência super agradável.

Reservamos um quarto em que na descrição estava informado que tinha 35mt2, porem ao chegar fomos informados que o hotel não tinha quartos com este tamanho, nos hospedaram em um quarto com aprox.15 a 18mt2. OK para os padrões, mas esperávamos o descrito. Fora isto, a pousada é super agradável, super limpa, pequena mas aconchegante e nova, ponto que nos agradou muito. A recepção e atendentes muito solícitos. No geral, ótima experiência.

Não foi possível a viagem, como informado ao hotel com antecedência e solicitado o estorno do valor, somos idosos, com atestado médico não autorizando o deslocamento e sem previsão de viajar novamente. O hotel não estornou, apenas emitiu um voucher para utilização até o fim do ano, o que não resolve, pois era uma viagem em família e não mais vai acontecer este ano (os outros integrantes compraram por outra empresa e tiveram estorno total).

Pousada muito limpa e nova, possui elevador, o quarto é pequenos, mas aconchegante. O café da manhã tem boas opções e a localização é boa para quem está de carro ou irá se locomover de taxi.

Quando contratei esse quarto Standard não constava que o quarto ficava com a janela para garagem! Imaginem o visual e o barulho de entrada e saída de veículos!! Peço por Gentileza q essa observação seja constada no quarto pois jamais pegaria esse quarto!
