Small rooms with low ceiling corners where I cracked my head several times. No bathroom ventilation. Mold clearly visible between the tiles.Average breakfast. The breakfast room can be overcrowded if there is a tour bus. The pool was shut without prior notice and no discount given. Excellent staff, especially the very nice cleaning lady.

Péssima experiência.

Não recomendo. O hotel é razoável e o valor é barato comparado aos demais de gramado, mas acaba sendo caro pelo que oferece. Café da manhã bem razoável, nenhum prato típico da região, nem mesmo um chocolate quente. Colchões moles. Roupa de cama e chuveiros bons. O hotel aceita animais mas permite que os donos os abandonem dentro dos quartos enquanto vão passear o dia todo na cidade. Tive a sorte de ganhar um quarto em frente a um pobre animal abandonado que não parava de latir desesperadamente durante as duas horas que consegui aguentar. Pedi para trocar de quarto mas disseram não ter nenhum disponível, apenas se eu pagasse mais, o que acabei aceitando para me livrar dos tutores desalmados. No fim saiu barato e consegui dormir.

Hotel bom e funcional

Para começar o quarto é ótimo com bastante espaço para a família com 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal com um mezanino. Mas o banheiro é super apertado. A piscina é pequena mas funcional e quentinha. Café da manhã repetitivo e as vezes com demora de reposição. O espaço do café também um pouco apertado. Por fim, vi que teria direito a uma garrafa de bebida por ser Associado Gold.do Hotéis.com, mas isso não foi indicado na recepção. Só vi na.saida então não fiz a reclamação. Mesmo assim foi uma bola fora.

Hotel antigo necessita atualização, quarto razoável, black-out nas janelas do quarto não cobre a janela, cobertores com aspecto velho, banheiro antigo, necessitando de reforma, porém o banho é bom. Cafe da manhã bem simples. No check-in houve uma cobrança de 10% de taxa de serviço que não foi informado no momento da reserva, pois ao concluir a reserva havia a informação de que seria necessário pagamento de taxa de turismo de 3,00 na propriedade e não mais 10%. O hotel alegou que o site de reserva era responsável por esta falta de informações. Também, como cliente silver, teria direito a uma garrafa de bebida(espumante ou vinho) o hotel informou que não tinha conhecimento disso, pois não trabalhavam desta forma, ou seja, na reserva há uma informação e na propriedade outra. Não é um hotel que recomendo, não é aconchegante.
