O hotel mudou de nome recentemente, acredito estar sob nova direção.Ele fica em bairro residencial de Gramado e para se chegar ao Centro é necessário carro ou Uber. O local é bastante tranquilo. Limpeza muito boa. Café da manhã com poucos itens, porém saboroso. A gerência de hospitalidade deixou a desejar, no aspecto de um pedido solicitado, em estender por 30 minutos o check out, devido a compromissos feitos. A tal gerente de "hospitalidade", negou o pedido. Enfim, regras são regras e temos que acatar, porém a inflexibilidade, suponho apenas ser por má vontade. Fica a sugestão à gerente de hospitalidade: ao menos tolerância quando é solicitado. Gerente de hospitalidade. Ah!

Reservei um hotel e me mandaram para outro hotel, melhor localizacao. Porem na sexta dia 16/11, quando fomos para o hotel a tarde para descansar, o piso do quarto entre cama de casal e porta do banheiro, estava todo molhado, quase escorreguei, ainda bem que fui eu, pois estava com minha mãe e minha tia (ambas com mais de 70 anos) , uma queda de pessoas mais velhas pode ser muita traumática. Comuniquei ao hotel, segundo um funcionário do hotel um cano da banheira estourou e me falaram que não tinha muito a fazer pois não tinha outro quarto na rede. A solução seria colocar toalhas de banho e piso de pano para segurar a água. Fomos para a rua, e voltamos por volta das 18hs, para nossa surpresa uma placa do ar condicionado do quarto deu problema, resultado ficamos sem ar, e estava muito quente esses dias em Gramado. E segundo os funcionários e gerente do hotel, não tinha quarto nesse hotel e em outros hoteis da rede. Só nos foi oferecido um quarto em outro hotel da rede no sábado, já íamos embora no domingo , seria um tumulto mudar para um outro hotel. Minha questão é a seguinte, aonde esta a manutenção do hotel? Tirei umas fotos do local da água e pelas fotos esse vazamento me parece mais antigo.

HOTEL NOTA 10, MUITO CONFORTÁVEL E CLIMATIZADO.

Excelente café da manhã, quarto totalmente climatizado de acordo com a estação. Ventilador de Teto, ar condicionado e um eficiente aquecedor estilo europeu/americano. Estive no inverno e não passei frio. Recomendo a todos.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, pessoas bem atenciosas, sempre dispostas a ajudar, café da manhã incrível, muito gostoso. Hotel tranquilo e com bom café da manhã

O hotel é bastante agradável com funcionários dedicados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom, farto e fresco. A região do hotel é calma e residencial, ideal para descansar. O hotel possui um serviço de van que leva os hóspedes até o centro de gramado. Ele sai em horários específicos e retorna em alguns horários no período da tarde, o que pode ser útil para quem não estiver de carro. O quarto é relativamente confortável. A limpeza no quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor pois havia algumas teias de aranha no teto e manchas de mofo na parede. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam bem limpos.
