The hotel was great and service was excellent. Great staff folks. Clean facilities and amenities. Our room was clean, cozy and the bathroom is a bit small but sufficient for a 3-4 night stay. I would certainly recommend.

Hotel lindo e todo organizado, piscina quente ideal para viagem em família! Hotel inteiro climatizado. Café da manhã maravilhoso e com muitas opções. Pontos a melhorar: limpeza dos quartos, embaixo da cama estava muito sujo com restos de comida salgadinhos provavelmente da hospedagem anterior, copos que ficam como apoio do frigobar estavam sujo com aparecia de resto de coca cola, deixei a vista para trocarem e assim permaneceu pelos dias de nossa hospedagem! Não fiz nenhuma reclamação no hotel por opção e resguardo, afinal ficaríamos alguns dias por lá rsrsrs. Mas mesmo com esse ponto a melhorar, concerteza eu voltaria, a cama, toalhas estavam super limpas e cheirando lavanderia. O hotel é bem grande e imagino que possa estar faltando mão de obra no setor.

Chegamos no quarto para uma estadia, nos colocaram num quarto bom porém com ar condicionado com defeitos. Percebemos quando chegamos mais tarde, disseram que nada poderia ser feito, não foi oferecido outro quarto. Disseram que levariam cobertas em 1 hora tivemos que insistir para levarem na hora. Informaram que não há atendimento noturno. Ótimo limpeza do quarto, chuveiro boné café da manhã.

Um local mais lindo que nas fotos, extremamente organizado, deixo parabéns para toda a equipe de funcionários que sempre foram atenciosos e solícitos durante toda nossa estadia, nossos filhos amaram o lugar, o café da manhã é de resort, o restaurante com preços dentro do padrão de Gramado e com comidas muito saborosas, a noite temática foi inesquecível (apesar que acredito que o hotel poderia divulgar melhor aos hóspedes), o quarto bem espaçoso (fomos casal com dois filhos), sempre bem cuidado pela governança. Uma estadia para deixar na memória afetiva.
