This is a great place to stay! It was right by the water, close to all of the shops, and right by the sky lift. It’s the perfect place to stay. It is a roomy two bedroom house and has the perfect view!! We will most definitely be staying there again soon!!

The air-conditioner leaked on the bed and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and didn't work. Location great and views were wonderful.

Great location in Grafton! We had a fun weekend boating, it was so easy to take the boat in and out at the public ramp right across the parking lot! Fun to watch all the boats going by from the deck, and to see the ferry loading and unloading. We will be back!

We really loved the house and the location was great. Our only downside was the listing said that it could sleep 6 and there were only two beds and a couch.
