Contacted the management company early in our stay & they were not able to help us. The initial 2 people that I dealt with had no idea where the router was located. Very frustrating! By the time we were able to access it & reboot it is was late in our stay. Even then the signal was weak. Left a day early. If...

"My children and I stayed in this home for 5 days while we waited for our home to be ready for move in while we stayed the furnace was out for the first 3 days because of this I caught the flu. Secondly the water would not stay hot for us to shower and bathe. Thirdly the property owner went on social media and made a very disturbing video calling me out my name even after me being extremely understanding about the furnace situation. I do not recommend booking this home at all!"

The hosts were great and very open to helping and answering questions (even if it was the same question again). It's ideal for a small family and sleeps the number posted in the listing.
