"Staff was not very pleasant. They were arguing with another customer in the lobby about a receipt. They said they would clean the rooms every other day and never came to clena our room or refresh towels etc. Pool was closed for "maintinece" workers on their phone and not paying attention to guest we waited 5 minutes for him to look up from his cell phone to assist us."

"The bed was so comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and a powerful stream of water. Both items are important to me. The breakfast was very tasty and Julie, the attendant, was helpful and friendly. I would return to the hotel again because of her positive attitude and disposition."

"Unfortunately, our room had several issues that made our stay disappointing. Most concerning was the door handle, which did not work properly. The door could not be securely locked, and when it did lock, the handle got stuck so it could not be opened again. This was not a problem when we were inside the room since there was a security bolt and latch, but we could not secure the room when we left bc we would not have been able to get back in to our room. So we had to leave the door a crack open when we left the room as well as take our valuables everytime we left. I asked the front desk to address this but unfortunately nothing was done. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and there was no tray or proper holder to use for brewing the in-room coffee. Overall, these issues made the stay uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses them, especially the door lock for guest safety."
