Staff was friendly. Room was dirty. Roaches in room. Neighbor played loud music, shook items in our room. Heat did not work but was fixed next day. Leftover pizza under table. Not happy! Almost swallowed a baby roach on my coffee cup!

The staff is very friendly and the price for a room is very affordable. It’s a little nosy but it’s a nice place to stay all around.

We were upgraded because the room we booked wasn't ready so that was nice. Andrea was very friendly and accommodating. We will be using the location as we have family in the area and it is very convenient.
This place should be condemned by the state. The manager was very sweet and friendly. But the place is the most nastiest place I have ever seen. Roaches, filthy, nasty.
Floors dirty, holes in walls, caked on filth, toilet that didn’t work,
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this place because of the price—but wow, it totally exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the bed was actually really comfy, and everything just felt cozy and well taken care of.
The staff were super chill and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. I had everything I needed—good Wi-Fi, a fridge, microwave, and even some extra towels without having to ask.
It’s in a great spot too—close to stuff but still nice and quiet at night. Felt totally safe and relaxed the whole time I was there.
If you’re just looking for a solid, affordable place to crash without all the fuss, this motel’s where it’s at. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.
The mgt and staff are excellent, bed was comfortable.the hotel was built in the 60s and requires renovation. As my father would have put it, this is a working man’s hotel. My xwife would not stay here.
You definitely get what you pay for. Extremely old hotel. The shower was the best thing about the room. The towels were horribly stained. I laid in my bed and listened to a guy right outside my window threatening to beat his girlfriend. Then an ambulance showed up around 4 am. The floors were filthy. I took a shower and within a matter of minutes my bare feet were covered in dirt. Will upload a photo of just 5 minutes on the carpet. Office was not even opened at 7 am to drop off key. No drop slot available. Left key in room. Will not stay at this location again.
The pool wasn't working and it wasn't working when my son stayed during the summer either they need to get that fixed because they are charging for amenities they never have up and going.
The headboard was completely off the bed pushed up against the window. With a dirty sock, a tv was missing in 1 room.. they completely put me in a renovated room that was not done.
Terrible we were scammed my the hotel manager, I called and canceled my reservations with hotels.com they called them they said for me to come back and get my money so I go back up there and the manager threatens to call the police on me for no reason she said we threatened her and she was lying she was just going to keep our money she rented a room that shouldn't even been able to be rented it wasn't even to put together right and it was dirty the carpet was torn the worst experience in chickasha Oklahoma at Castle inn
We showed up to check in at 2:53 and the doors were locked. There was grass grown up all around the place. Several families were outside as if the place was used as an apartment complex. There was a number on the door but no one answered when we called several times. We ended up booking a room elsewhere.
It was absolutely horrible. Unsafe dark parking lot, people sitting in the dark at 2 am. BED BUGS, flies, roaches.... I wish I could get my money back I spent 30 seconds in there and split. Do not book!
Absolutely horrible. Walked in and walked out. There are no words for how awful this place is. I have never seen such a dump. If you're on a budget, sleep in your car. It wont let me add the photos. But please trust me! Absolute dump.
My overall experience was actually not that great. Besides the loud neighbors above and to either side of me, there were stains on the sheets and the room smelt old. Even the quality of the room was questionable, I felt like the bottom of the shower was going to break when I stepped in it.
This place was horrible! I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Mold, broke door for room, holes in walls. Carpet was so dirty and smelled of smoke. Never again
The room was disgusting. It smelled terrible and the shower and shower curtain were so nasty I didn’t even want to shower there. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. I asked multiple times for someone to clean the bathroom and no one ever came. The internet was so slow you couldn’t watch TV because it just buffered. I can’t find one positive thing to say about this place. Even the towels they brought looked dirty.
Possibly the most run down hotel I have stayed in, and I've worked all over Latin America and Russia....so that says a lot. Room was "clean" but smelled of weed, old beer and other fluids as well as relatively freshly repaired holes in the drywall, looked like a hell of a time. Other patrons looks to be living there, or out of their vehicles, or both....
Yes it's cheap, yes its old....splurge on an additional 20 or 40 bucks and stay elsewhere in Chickasha
