Location with everything you need
It was great staying in Tony’s place in gracetown for Easter. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and heaps of room for 2 families. We loved watching the sunset from the top balcony and enjoyed the table tennis tables. The kitchen has more than what we have a home. A beautiful home. Location is also great. Short walk to town and beaches and we enjoyed the Easter festivities on at the hall a short walk away

Home away from home.
Beautiful location. I totally reccomend this place for families. The owner has made everything so easy. Have a barbeque on the bl Balcony, chuck the dishes in the dish washer. All you have to wash by hand is the pots and trays. There is so many rooms and seperated spaces so you can easily stay with another family or grandparents, uncles etc. There is so much to do in the house itself. Every room and section has Telivisions. Separate bathrooms, toilets, and an outdoor accessed bedroom for complete seperation. There are multiple kitchens and food prep areas. Really great place for us. Thanks again.

Perfect family holiday house
Celebrated a milestone birthday with family from Perth and Melbourne in the perfect house in Gracetown, close to all the things we wanted to do and see, with a great balcony for watching the ocean and plenty of space for 9 adults.

The house was fully equipped. If you forgot anything you could be sure to find it in this house. Would be great for a family with children or even two families. Three showers, four toilets. Communication with the owner was excellent. I have nothing negative to say about this property. Will be back for sure!

A bit of everything
The house has a bit of everything for everyone. It was well stocked, lots to keep you busy and the kids very entertained, toys, games and adventures for everyone or just sit around the fire and watch a movie. Quirky layout and some steep steps for the elderly, but everyone had a very comfortable sleep and enjoyed the views and ample room with peace and quiet. Not stayed in Gracetown before, but this was very pleasant. Kids enjoyed fishing and the beach and rocks. Would stay again.

Amazing house
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Such a lovely house to stay in. Quite big and roomy. The fireplace got a work out as it was quite cold down there. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We will be back 💕💕

Quiet and comfortable
Our family stayed for one week. The house is comfortable and a short walk to the beach and general store. The view from upstairs is breathtaking.

Property is well equipped in the kitchen & bathroom with everything you need. Great and quiet location, can't fault the short walk to the beach 🙂 Couldn't find the dart board but we had fun with the pool table and table tennis in the evenings so it wasn't missed! There was an issue with our stay but owners are aware & are onto it.

Ladybird Foundation volunteers at Tour de Gracetown
Our group of 6 (3 couples) stayed for 2 nights at Marmaduke House which was a perfect home base for us as Ladybird Foundation volunteers assisting at the 2022 Tour de Gracetown social community bike ride. We were able to walk the short distance from the house to the Start of the event at Gracetown Hall carrying our banners so very convenient! The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. A home-away-from home with all the facilities we wanted. The views out to the water are great! This was our second stay and we will be back again!

Marmaduke House birthday celebration!
We really enjoyed our stay at Marmaduke House! We were 7 adults + 2 dogs and stayed for 4 days in Gracetown. The house is very well equipped, with 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases, queensize beds in every room, firewood ready to use and even a drinking bowl for our dogs! The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware and the pooltable was used continuous with a frequent swap to the table tennis tables in the shed. Tony was easy to approach, quick in response and very helpful. Location is just 5 -10 minutes walk from the beach. I had a great birthday celebration at Marmaduke house and I can highly recommend this house!

Weekend in Gracetown
Our group consisted of two couples volunteering as part of a community bike ride based in Gracetown. The location of this property was very convenient and a short walk from the event. The property was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped and had great views of Cowaramup Bay from the upper level deck. It was ideal for our small group of four.

Fun Weekend
The entertainment features are definitely the highlight of the house. We had so much fun playing and the fireplace was awesome keeping us really warm. We made lots of meals and the kitchen has even an air fryer! Tony was super easy to reach and speak with. Definitely a fun stay, main room bed is great, bathrooms are good, water was hot.

Family holiday at Marmaduke
We recently stayed at Marmaduke for 8 days and cannot rate the house highly enough. The house was clean, plenty big enough for our family of 6 and had plenty of stuff for any age level to stay entertained. The beds were made with gorgeous hand made quilts and the owners have included every extra you could think of. with Tony was brilliant, so lovely, and quick to reply to our texts. None of us wanted to leave. We hope to be back and thank you for the wonderful family time we had. The Daniels xx

A lovely family home
A wonderful 10 days spent at Marmeduke house with our teenage children. Pool, table tennis, darts and foosball at the property kept us all entertained. The house is well positioned close to the beach, general store and local tennis courts with lovely sea views from the upstairs deck. The house has one of the best stocked pantries and supply of toiletries I’ve ever experienced in a rental property with excellent communication from the owners. Thank you for letting us share your home and create wonderful family memories.

Peaceful; Everything provided for
With a teen, young adults and ourselves, Marmaduke House was everything we could have wanted! Loved that the house provided plenty of private areas, cool exposed brick, awesome views from deck and had everything we needed, even some pantry items for us coeliacs! The pool table was well used, as was the basketball ring and table-tennis! I loved pouring over the family tree! It was great to be able to bring our dog and have plenty of shaded area for him. Gracetown was the most peaceful, quiet and relaxing place to stay for our 6 days. Enjoyed the short walks to the dog beach and spectacular sunsets at the surf beach. Even got to play tennis at the courts at the end of the street! Thank you Tony!

well equiped large house
Good property well equiped although no hand towels were provided, which is a little silly. Lounge in main room very old and saggy so difficult to get out of. Downstairs tile floor, so very noisy when a person moves a chair to sit at the table. TV difficult to operate, 3 controllers needed and constant fiddling to get to work. Dog friendly although previous guests did not pick up after their dogs so back yard full of doggy do. Cleanliness was as mall problem. We were continuously killing spiders, centipedes and saw a Tiger snake in the back yard. Not all that children friendly because of these issues. Gracetown is remote so a car is needed to get anywhere. The house is a long walk to the bay where the beach is. Good local cafe and store.

Contrary to the above the guest sent an email Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful house in Gracetown and states there was one centipede. We add: The droppings were from kangaroos not dogs. First snake sighting in 20 years. Lounge: 5 year old , $3500 leather.

Beachside Holiday for the whole family
Lovely location for family reunion, all facilities used by teenagers especially pool table, table tennis and local tennis courts. Easy walk to beach which is dog friendly. No time to watch the many TV's Netflix etc too much to do.

Great location, easy walking distance to beach and close enough drive to all of Margaret River's attractions. House was spacious and plenty large enough for 8 adults. Facilities were excellent, particularly the coffee machine, quite well stocked pantry and pool table. A larger BBQ (given there were 8 of us) would have been welcome. Highly recommend.

Early Family Christmas Celebration
We can't rave enough about this lovely house. It suited our family in every way and communication from the owner was excellent. The venue was perfect for our 3 keen surfers and the rest of us loved the local beach.The pool table, basketball hoop and table tennis table got good use. We also made the most of all this region of WA has to offer.There was plenty of room to be alone if you wanted and the view of North Point was a delight. We'd recommend it highly and would definitely go back.

Marmaduke - you lived up to your reputation!
A nice little family holiday down Gracetown staying at Marmaduke was the best decision we made. It was the perfect get away home, located in the perfect location. Not far from the beach, with lots of activities at the home. Basketball, table tennis, kids activity; and the best of all the pizza oven was a real hit! The beds were very comfortable and the fire place kept us all warm. We were lucky enough to run into the owners, Tony and Emmy, who were absolutely lovely, and had the house glowing before we arrived. We will be back, there’s no doubt about it. Thanks Tony and Emmy for allowing us to stay at Marmaduke, it was truly a home away from home.

We loved our stay in this delightful home. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Great kitchen. Lots of space. Pool table, games and basketball kept us entertained for hours. The deck provided perfect viewing of the bay. Short walk to the beach.

Great holiday experience , brilliant house.
Our second visit to Maraduke House was just as enjoyable as our first. It's a bit of a history lesson on the local area if you take the time to check out all the information provided. Trouble is there will never be enough time to enjoy all that is present in this property and the surrounding area. We'll have to make another booking soon !!!

Great Communication! Reminders and Instructions clear and helpful. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (which is very helpful when traveling from interstate). Spacious master bedroom and lovely new en-suite. Slightly quirky layout of house, we really enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay !!! Marmaduke has so much charm and has great facilities.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Marmaduke was spotless , cozy and has great facilities , such as the pool table , basketball ring and beautiful views from the balcony . We were able to take our dog which was great .... the location is perfect and I would definitely recommend staying at Marmaduke .

A visit with family and found there was enough beds for everyone comfortably. Loved the patchwork quilts throughout the home. Having a well stocked pantry was a big bonus which made the catering very enjoyable. Enjoyed sitting on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely return.
