La Casa Gracie is a spacious, unique Mexican-style villa nestled amongst beautiful native bushland with local wildlife including kangaroos, cockatoos and kookaburras. A main feature of the house is the huge covered outdoor patio area which allows you to feel immersed in the bush location and fresh air. You will love Balga sanctuary and the relaxed atmosphere it provides you with whilst being just 2 mins from the beach, surf breaks, hiking trails and 15 mins drive from Margaret River.

This was a last minute booking for myself, my son and some friends on our way to Perth to participate in the 2025 Shitbox Rally. Bruni was very prompt in communicating and information was clear. La Casa Gracie is a stunning home, beautifully decorated and furnished. This would be a lovely place to spend a week while exploring the area.

A stunning, beautifully presented, immaculate, spotless home. Loved the vibe, didn’t want to leave. Truely one of a kind, we had the perfect balance of relaxing at the sanctuary, out for activity’s and exploring And of corse wineing n dining all short distances away. Thank you La Gracie
