O quarto não condiz com o apresentado no site O atendente nos direcionou para outro lugar que fedia e com a agua que saia da torneira marrom. Voltamos para reclamar, ele queria cobrar outro valor pela mudanca do quarto. Negamos a pagar e assim sendo, nos mudou de quarto, que estava disponível. Nao entendi porque fez isso com a gente, que iriamos passar somente uma noite.

it is a nice place place to stay, however, we needed to wait for assistance when we arrived as everyone was running about in diferent directions seemingly not knowing how to cope , we were constantly asked to move our vehicle as there is not enough parking space, and people were knocking on the door checking for fire alarms. wifi was free but password was not offered to us, paid for breakfast for 4 days only ate once as the food were prepared for contractors and not visiting guests, no options to chose the hot meal.

Budget Accommodation with Attitude

The accommodation is budget in every way. Upon arrival, the TV service was not working, so I was upgraded for free to a bigger unit. The unit was more spacious but poorly serviced. Very grimy fridge, and no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom. After receiving some attitude from the staff, I managed to get a new soap refill. The batteries for the aircon remote control was also flat. After checking out, I received a call from management to apologise for my experience, and was assured that steps would be taken to remedy it for future guests.

Mysigt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Vi anlände sent på juldagen den 25/12 och ville gärna gå ut och äta. Många restauranger var stängda men med hjälpa v receptionen fick vi till slut tag på ett bord. Familjerummet är stort, med kök och rymlig gemensam yta.

Needs to look at the fridge, pots and pan and the

The area was nice and quiet. The view was also nice. Needs to renew the pot, pans, fridge and the stove. Uncomfortable to use and the small kettle is not on because you cant make coffee for 4 people. The braai drum was broken and we had to make a plan.

Nice ,but old;need some remodeling.

The room it was clean,but needs some remodeling. We didn't have soap,shower gel and shampoo. The hotel were we stayed is not the one in the picture. We drove 7-10 min from there.
