"This is a very clean and well maintained property. The park across the street is a great place to take a walk - very safe and many families. It's a great place to stay with a child at FSU; everything is close. The room was very comfortable, including a nice bed and bathroom. Parking, check-in and check out were a breeze. The only thing that was a little disappointing is there was no breakfast options, but they did include free snacks. Will definitely return."

"This was a nice property, and our stay for FSU Family Weekend was comfortable. My only negative about the house was the lack of any kind of living room or couches to sit on. The table and chairs were where we sat after a long day of walking and a hot football game. The bedrooms were spacious, but the full size beds were not really big enough for two people to comfortably sleep on. The good thing is the number of bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. So there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The location is great. There is a Publix down the street, and many restaurants are nearby. It was a good stay overall."

"This is a no-frills Econo Lodge, no breakfast and simple rooms where you walk up to the second floor and all are open-air entry. However, the room was clean, there was a very nice mini fridge with freezer (which allowed us to keep some breakfast food, and keep our freezer packs frozen) and a working microwave. The bathroom was updated, was clean and functioned well. Surprising things were the concrete walls (keeps the sound out!), and beautiful exposed wood ceilings, which I'm guessing was part of the original "lodge" part of the hotel. I liked that everything in the room functioned well, from the fridge to the dark roast coffee maker, and the TV/remote (issues I've had in more expensive hotels). When I asked for extra bedding and towels, I found it in my room later, no fuss. He even shared some water for my water bottle after I got some ice (we were going to the stadium on a warm day). If you're looking for a clean, functioning option that's not too expensive, then this is it. The only ding I had was the musty smell in the room when we walked in, which in Florida, is a bit concerning (mold allergies). However, concrete walls may contribute to that since concrete doesn't absorb odor or moisture. Overall, a good experience."

"The hotel was clean, room was ready, and location was excellent. During one of the busiest weekends of the year (Parents Weekend), we stayed here. We left some things in the room and Serena was instrumental in helping us recover those items. Great service from Serena even after we departed! Thank you so much for a great stay and experience. Serena was polite, helpful, and professional. We appreciate her so much!"
