"2nd time staying - love the rustic lodge feel - beds super comfy and rooms spotlessly clean - staff is very kind and helpful, parking is easy and building is well let, safe and secure - located right at a red light for easy in and out. Breakfast is microwavable sandwiches and cereal but it is kept well stocked, pool area is very nice and kid friendly as well, wi-fi works very well and AC works well in the room and runs quietly. The only suggestion I can make for improvement would be encasements on the mattresses to protect against allergens and bed bugs - but there was no evidence of any bugs and the mattresses were absolutely spotless, looked brand new."

"The place was very accommodating and the host Justin was great. Very spacious for and just a cpl of mins drive to everywhere. The pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. The only downside was the place was a little dusty inside above the lights and in most corners. We found pieces of food under tables and furniture and the furniture could use a good cleaning. My wife complained about the terrace the corridors and elevator being pretty dirty and full of spider webs, in need of a power wash in her opinion. She is the operations manager for a cleaning service company that handles all of north west Ohio so she is awfully picky consequently. The heating element in the dryer may be going out as it takes several cycles to dry even a small load. Aside from the picky things my wife has a tendency to look for the place was great and we loved it and we are looking forward to returning before it gets cold."

"Everything was wonderful! Location was perfect in that you were close enough to everything but out of all the traitor the most part. Property was clean, safe and modern. Brandon at the front desk helped us with our room accommodations and was super helpful. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well."

"Accommodations were second to none. I've been visiting the Gatlinburg area for over 20 years but have never had an experience such as I just had. The condo was so relaxing and peaceful. It offered everything and more than I could have asked for. The cleanliness of the condo was great. The full kitchen had all the necessary utensils and supplies needed. The location is amazing. It's close to the Island and so many other major attractions. Governors Crossing is now my choice of place to stay when visiting the Gatlinburg area."
