No check-in, no dia 22/03/2025, por volta das 15h30, após ter sido redirecionado para outro quarto para uma melhor acomodação, fui tratado de forma rude e grosseira por uma funcionária, aparentemente da equipe de limpeza. Ela nos questionou, meu namorado e eu, de maneira desrespeitosa, insinuando se havíamos "feito bagunça" no primeiro quarto, no qual sequer permanecemos por dois minutos e nem chegamos a ficar com a chave. Diante dessa falta de educação e profissionalismo, não retornarei a este hotel.

Confortável, mas enrrolado

O hotel é confortável, o quarto estava limpo apesar da área em comum ter deixado a desejar. A principal reclamação foi quanto a nota fiscal da hospedagem, como fui a trabalho precisava da nota fiscal e precisei ficar implorando para eles me mandarem a nota fiscal (eu pedi quando cheguei a nota fiscal, falaram que iriam me entregar no check out, depois falaram que mandariam pelo whats app e nada).

As instalações e serviços de hotelaria são boas e funcionam bem. A localização não é tão central para quem queira andar a pé em torno do hotel, mas é muito conveniente para quem tem que ir a outros bairros da cidade.

Bom só para dormir na parte nova

Hotel com estrutura mista, sendo uma parte mais velha e outra parte nova. Pontos positivos Ar condicionado Cama confortável Pontos a melhorar A recepção está deficiente. Boa receptividade

Boa receptividade! O hotel está em obras, então tem bastante poeira nas escadas e as vezes na recepção. Quartos limpos e bem estruturados, porém não tem elevador, o que torna a acessibilidade um pouco difícil para alguns. Um problema grave é que os quartos não são limpos e arrumados diariamente para reposição de itens básicos (toalha, sabonete...) para isso é preciso pedir, mesmo assim não trocam roupa de cama, apenas repõe o que você pediu e isso deixa muito a desejar.

Foi uma experiência muito boa, o quarto super limpo, toalhas limpas, chuveiro quente, ar condicionado funcionando bem, Wi-Fi, tudo certo! Só achei que a TV poderia ter mais opções de canais e o café também poderia ter mais opções de comida. No mais fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários, que também nos sanaram algumas dúvidas que tínhamos sobre a cidade. Um ótimo custo benefício, se voltarmos a Governador Valadares, iremos nos hospedar no Polastrelli novamente.
