You will be charmed by this furnished wooden frame Type II house, sleeping 4 including on the ground floor: living room with kitchen (hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine), bathroom with wc. Nice bedroom upstairs. Gravelled courtyard in front of the house facing south, shaded and lawned garden on the back. Electric heating. parking space Tranquility assured !!

    Detached house of 35 m2 Gouesnach 10 minutes from Quimper and 5 minutes from the beaches of cap coz, Bénodet, sainte marine.
    The house is furnished and fully equipped. Sleeps 4 people a 140 by 190 bed and a 2 seater sofa bed.
    The house is located 200 m from Odet. You can take walks or cycle in the woods along the river to Bénodet.

BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Logement bien situé entre les belles plages de Fouesnant et Quimper. Il manquait quelques petits détails pratiques (fournitures ménagères et wifi) et le ménage aurait mérité d'être approfondi mais nous sommes satisfaits et je n'hésiterai pas à renouveler si besoin. Hôte disponible et sympathique.
