"One of a kind hotel. I believe there are only 2 rooms in the property. The owner met me when I checked in and explained how to lower the blinds facing the street as the shower and toilet are facing the street. Well designed in general but it took me awhile to locate light swithces. The owner helped me book a nearby restaurant Motontoko where the owner chef is a fisherman who serves the fish he caught that day. "

"Close to great trekking on Onidake grassy caldera and sea-view ridgewalk and Camellia Forest, great food so take the plan and shuttle from the port so bring doggy but leave the car at Nagasaki!"

"料理が素晴らしかった。以前より山本料理長の腕が冴え渡っている料理でした。 露天風呂では赤島に黄島に黒島を眺められて最高の気分での入浴でした。 朝はウグイスのさえずりで起こされ大自然を体感しました。 鬼岳の星空ツアーは少人数で椅子に座っての観賞だったので満天の星空を眺められました。次回はミルキーウェイを観たいと思いました。"

"子連れ旅行でお邪魔しました。とにかく最高でした！ホテルの建物はエントランスからお洒落でテンション上がります。大きな窓がたくさんあるレストランでは夕陽を眺めながら地元の美味しいお魚やお肉、野菜をイタリアンに調理してもらって頂けました。朝御飯は和食も選べて毎朝楽しみでした。客室も清潔で広く、大浴場は露天もあり夕陽や朝火を見ながらゆっくりできました。 フロントの男性スタッフさんがカメラに詳しく親切で、星のことや台風のことなど教えてくださり子供も嬉しそうでした。 またお伺いする日が楽しみです！"

"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast. "
