"Toller Ort mit einer Vielzahl von Freizeitangeboten/Aktivitäten. Die Umgebung auf dem Festland als auch auf der Insel ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hause war leider enttäuschend. Bis zum Ende alle Mails und SMS auf Schwedisch !? Zudem hat uns eine familiäre Atmosphäre gefehlt, alles war recht kühl und distanziert."

Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual. "

"Märkligt/gnidigt att parkeringen kostar 50kr/natt. I synnerhet eftersom alla intilliggande garor har fri parkering. Vem betalar få för hotellets parkering 25 m närmare. För att slippa snålhetsstämpeln vore det väl bättre att baka in den 50-lappen i hotellpriset? "

"La stanza era pulita e il letto davvero comodo. La cena è stata incredibile: ho mangiato benissimo e il personale mi ha trattato in modo impeccabile. La vista sulla città al mattino, con i raggi del sole che filtravano tra la nebbia mentre lentamente si alzava, è stata un momento davvero magico. La colazione era abbondante e completa, senza farci mancare nulla. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto!"
