"Arrived before 3pm but room wasn't ready which was fine, was able to check in but not get our room or keys until later. Returned at 8pm and collected keys. On arrival to our room we noticed it had not even been cleaned. Dirty towels on bathroom floor and unmade beds. Had to return to reception to get another room, which was fine but the room could have been cleaner. One glass was dirty, there was dust on some surfaces and dust balls on the floor plus the table legs had hair and dust balls. ...

The NH brand consistently delivers above-average accommodations, and we had high expectations for this establishment. While it may have been a four-star hotel a few years ago, it has since become outdated and requires some refurbishment. The room was spacious and featured comfortable beds and high-quality linens. "very nice location , quite , clear spacious but room but a bit old. lack amenities like a coffee /tea boiler. Breakfast was OK but too high price ( 19,50Eur p.p. ) for what is on offer. On a plus side, the walk on the attached wood to the garden is extremely nice, takes about an hour ( walking shoes recommended) "

"Pleasant, comfortable room. Convenient for tye local music venue, and only a few minutes away there was a good selection of places to eat and drink (until late if wanted), plus a handy local Spar for everyday stuff and good breakfast offerings! "

One thing I was not satisfied with is that the receptionist said the massage chairs were “included” in the access but in the end we had to pay for the usage.
