Nice and friendly hotel

The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and quite. The breakfast during week days is not in the hotel but in Radisson Blue just beside of Park Inn.

Great Hasselt weekend in Park Inn

We really enjoyed the 2 night stay in Park Inn Hasselt. It's situated right in the city centre, pubs, restaurants and shops are all nearby. The room was good size, clean, nice shower. It also had a small tea/coffee maker. The only thing I didn't really like was a bathroom sliding door, it's a bit noisy.

A terrible experience which I will need to report to Radisson. Only to list a few things, the room was dirty and the towels and other amenities stained unusable. After check in the staff gave the same room to another guest and as a woman I felf very unsafe to have someone Walking in my room at 11pm. Breakfast despite should be available until 1030am was closed at 9am with no warning. All in all despicable to be a Radisson and it has been filmed or photographed

Schimmel in badkamer, hoofdboard van het bed zat onder vlekken, schuifdeur van toilet douche sluit niet. Slecht matras en oud (aan elkaar geklompte veren in t dekbed, slechte oude kussens, decoratie sticker was stuk en liet half los. Prijs extra voor uitzicht op stad is onzin. Ontbijt was goed

De weg naar park inn by radisson is beetje zoeken niet zo duidelijk op gps gelukkig konden we via hoofdhotel wel binnen. Hotel centraal gelegen superdicht bij de Grote Markt, winkels en cafeetjes. Onze kamer via gemeenschappelijke deur daar zaten 2 kamers daardoor hoorden we goed de andere douchen. Mini koelkast in kamer zou wenselijk zijn. Anders alles aanwezig. De tv voor wie in bed tegen raam heeft is wat moeilijk te zien. Anders wel ideale locatie voor enkele overnachtingen.

The hotel was clean. The service was super friendly. We did not use the breakfast or dinner because of the many possibilities in the area itself. You can also do a lot in the area. We did the historical walking route as well as the art route. You are close to the shopping street.

De locatie ligt op loopafstand van de winkels, restaurants , bars en 10 minuten lopen van de bushalte. Het ziet er gezellig en netjes uit. De receptionist gaf ons goede informatie en was behulpzaam. Erg prettig dat je om 12.00 uit kan checken.

Keurig hotel, lage prijs voor wat je krijgt. Uitgebreid vers ontbijt, lekkere broodjes. Wel druk in de ontbijtzaal, maar personeel zorgt ervoor dat je snel een plekje hebt. Direct in het centrum van Hasselt. Kamers niet zo groot, maar meer heb je niet nodig. Bedden lagen lekker stevig, wel slechte kussens.

Hele fijne locatie. Parkeren onder het hotel in Qpark Tweetorens, 17.50 per dag, langer wordt apart afgerekend. Lift omhoog en je staat voor de receptie. Je loopt zo het hotel uit de winkelstraat in, waardoor je Hasselt makkelijk kan bezoeken. Ideaal als overnachting na een feestje in de Trixo arena. Late check out was makkelijk te regelen. Kamer is wat klein maar wel fijn, netjes en schoon.

Bij aankomst in het hotel niets van uitleg gekregen, waardoor we niet wisten dat het ontbijt ergens anders was. Het toilet en de vloer in de badkamer waren niet gekuist en waren echt nog vuil. De kamer zelf was proper en viel mee. Op zaterdagavond om 21u30 kregen we in de bar van het hotel plots op een heel arrogante manier te horen dat de bar gesloten was en dat we maar ergens anders iets moesten gaan drinken. Op vrijdagavond werden we nochtans heel vriendelijk geholpen aan de bar. Toen we rond 23u30 dan terug in het hotel aankwamen was de vriendelijke man van de vrijdagavond opnieuw aanwezig en hij zei ons dat het toch open was en hielp ons opnieuw de avond goed afsluiten. Over het algemeen was het personeel niet erg vriendelijk (behalve de ene barman) en stoorde het wel dat engels de voertaal was. Het ontbijt die we in de blu kregen was wel heel lekker en uitgebreid en de ligging was ook perfect.

Ayant fait une chute, il est impossible de faire de voiture avec le port d'un corset 24h/24 avec 2 lombaires cassées au risque de percer la colonne vertébrale, c'est pas une annulation pour un caprice ou un petit bobo mais bon ... L hôtel refuse de redécaler ou d' annuler gratuitement, J'ai appelé, envoyé des mails et aucune prise en compte pour l' annulation, la prochaine fois je passerai par un autre serveur !!!

Complicated long transition from room to breakfast etc multiple lifts with long waiting Room had many poorly fitted and finished items. Bed not comfortable with one budget as mall pillow. Previous guests soap bar in shower dish. Shower very poor flow. Air on not working.could go on… but too many to mention
