We were greeted warmly. The staff were friendly & kind. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied & plentiful. Parking was easy. Location was good for us. An easy 45 minute walk to the centre.

The room we occupied was on the 21st Floor with amazing views over this delightful city. The room was of adequate size but short of storage space for a longer stay.
The staff were very courteous and handled our queries with knowledge and experience. Special mention should be made of Boris who served us in the restaurant and the coffee shop and went far and beyond the norm to ensure our stay was pleasant and our needs were met.
