"The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room. The breakfast was stellar with tasty and non-generic items. The location is excellent, just off the Cobbler's Bridge, yet separated by a quarter-block, keeping it a little more quiet."

"Basic hotel room , rather sterile. I was disappointed by 2 things. The servers at breakfast seemed to be trying to outdo each other in making the most noise as they cleared dirty dishes. Very loud and made it hard to enjoy our meal. It was raining most of the time we were there and the hotel doesn't provide umbrellas. They only had them for sale for 9 Euros. "
