I liked that it had an elevator. Did not like people lounghing by their car in parking lot.

I like because the price and location. But I went to the front desk to just make a comment about my 2 rooms I was staying and the lady in front was not pleasant and was nasty. The man during the night was excellent. I went to complain about the noise of dogs barking all night and don’t let me sleep and also I went to complain about I find I thing was a bedbug or fleas in my rooms the day I left but the lady was so nasty and telling me I was a liar instead of say sorry or apologized she just angry because I say that. But other wise the stay was pleasant and nice

Property served its purpose. It’s very basic, bathroom could definitely be cleaner.. nice it has laminate (wood) floors for cleanliness. Convenient location

Will not be returning. Most uncomfortable bed. Found bug in bathub. Cable didn't work. Tv always randomly turned off. Room had dings on the walls.

We stayed one night. Room was spotless, staff was excellent! Forgot some things in the room and they chased us down , Not just once but twice! Very impressed- will definitely go stay again

Drove for hours needed a room to rest with my children. Owner gave me the hardest time at 2 am. Only 2 other cars in the entire parking lot. Tried to be pleasant but he did not want to let my children stay in the room. Told me the 2 queen beds was not enough space for the 4 of us. I explained that it was more than enough space. Took almost 30 mins for him to check us in after I already had the room booked and paid for online. Asked for a few extra minutes after 11 checkout since we were getting in at 2 a.m he told me NO! Although the hotel was completely empty and there was only one other guest. Very rude and smelly rooms. Window was unlocked on the first floor, and beds rolled around the room. Big dirt stains on one of the beds had to change the sheets myself. Shower was nasty and creepy feel in entire motel. Would not recommend. Please be alert and safe if you do go. Something about the place makes it seem very u safe for some travelers.
Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff was friendly at check in. Not fancy and is dated in some ways. But hardwood floors are great. Easy parking. Would stay again.

Noisey too many people making noise talking, crying kids,slamming doors, yelling in hallways, trucks idling outside the hotel, loud radios from people's cars.

The room was quite big and handicap accessible, also the best part was the pet friendly at no extra cost. Bed was comfortable and clean room. My only complaint would be a hook or two in the bathroom are needed to hang your overnight bag on by the sink .Ref was nice and cold and freezer worked.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the doors to the hall and the door that connect the room. You are able to hear everything your neighbor is doing and it’s like having zero privacy.

All the staff lives upstairs and they only rent out the first floor… check out is 11 but they knock on the door at 10:00 I am one of those use all the time I paid for kind of people so I was really bothered by that. They tell you to be quiet after 10pm but they are loud upstairs half the night and early in the morning.

It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The only down side was a very noisy group of people with children that talked loudly in the hallway until after 11 pm! The children were running up and down the hallway and babies were crying.
Not sure why the hotel did not do anything.
The doors also slam close loudly. Hopefully the loud group of people was a "one off".
We will try this hotel again in the future because it was clean.

My mom and I spent 2 nights here while visiting Lancaster. It is conveniently located within a few miles of Sight ans Sound Theater, restaurants and shopping. Check in was fast and simple. Our room was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
